A Boxercise class can incorporate many components,so every class is different and exciting. One of the favourite class formats is a circuit style class including boxing style stations, such as the Focus Pads, Skipping Ropes, Medicine Ball and other more general exercises found in a good circuit class.
Each week you will be shown the 8 punches elements of a class. Don't worry if you are new you will start from the beginining no matter when you join the class.
It’s an Outdoor Fitness program that helps busy women lose fat, increase their energy levels to start to look and feel better. My boot camp programme focuses on GPP which stands for General Physical Preparedness. It’s a general inclusive fitness programme that works using natural and practical movements.

12 WEEK NUTRITION PROGRAMME
It’s a 12 week nutrition programme that isn't a diet but a new way of bringing new nutrition habits into your lifestyle. Initially you will be screened to see what individual plan works for you! Once you have the plan you will have the support and accountability to get you to achieve the results you desire.

I'd been seeing a personal trainer for a few months and really enjoyed it but I hadn't sorted out my eating habits. I'd previously been on pretty much every diet going but never really combined it with exercise and was at the biggest I'd ever been. I never slept for a full night and had no energy.
I had talked myself into the idea I would always be big - I've only ever been slim once in my adult life (through a complete abstinence diet) and had put all the weight back on. I thought I might be shouted at and that I would be the most unfit person in the group
It's been great. The eating plan just makes sense and is easy to fit into my life. Similarly, doing boot camp first thing in the morning is perfect as I can do my exercise before I even start my working day. The other ladies in the group are fantastic and having accountability calls and regular emails from Jackie has been possibly the biggest help for what has always been my biggest problem as far as losing weight is concerned - my mindset
I've lost almost four inches off my waist in eight weeks. I sleep better, have more energy and really enjoy being active - even exercising on days I don't have bootcamp! But possibly the best result of all is being convinced that I'm changing my whole lifestyle to a healthy one, for good, and not just doing some fad I'll stick to for a while and then give up.
In 2015, I had a very stressful situation to deal with and dealt with some difficult feelings by getting into some bad eating habits. I tried the 5:2 diet and hypnotherapy, but nothing really worked. We Grant Fitness has made a huge difference to my health and wellbeing - far more than I could ever have done on my own or by joining a gym.
We Grant Fitness has helped me to take control of my eating and get into much better habits. I've lost a stone in weight and dropped two dress sizes. I have more energy and am more focused too. Jackie is so calm and encouraging, the weekly accountability calls help a lot, and the classes are varied and fun. It doesn't matter what your age or size is: everyone is welcome and you get a great sense of achievement just by making it to class. Plus, by exercising in the mornings the evenings are free. I'm actually enjoying the adrenalin buzz of the early morning classes and am probably the fittest I've ever been. I joined to lose weight and have stayed because I enjoy it and want to maintain the weight loss
Doing the 10 day Kickstart Cleanse with Jackie has been fantastic.
